I would like you to correct my writing.
Nihon-shu or Japanese sake is a fermented alcoholic beverage made from the mixture of rice, water and rice malt. It is called rice wine. It has a spicy and sweet taste and can be served hot or cold. A variety of sake are made across Japan. We can drink sake at a restaurant which offers Japanese-style food and Izakaya or Japanese-style bar. These days sake is recommended to have with Western-style food as well.
