It's a basic question, but can I omit the second "does not" in the sentence "She does not have any medical condition and does not take any medication except for anxiolytics."?

I wouldn't omit it since you are stating she doesn't have something, and she doesn't take something which are two different things. If you said " She does not have any medical condition and any medication except for anxiolytics." You are changing the meaning of the sentence.
