why when anyone ask about the normal and good things, like marriage specially, he cant have an answer,
but when someone ask about the abnormal
things, like(they are a lot), he has a lot answers
i noticed that here for sorry, , has anyone an an explanation?

Because we are different culturally.

Most Ukrainian women (as well as men) do not adhere to the rule of 'marriage first'. Usually, people date for at least a year before marriage (to get to know each other; to be sure that you can trust this person; because they don't want this responsibility etc etc). Some people do (some Protestant branches of Christianity) but I don't think that they are allowed to marry a muslim person.
That is why when Ukrainian women hear about marriage from a muslim, it seems creepy to them (they are afraid of being mistreated, abused, etc etc) by a man they don't really know. And I suppose people ignore such questions just in case - what if my answer will make someone suffer in the future?

This was not intended to offend you or anyone else. This is just my assumption about why this happens
