@Ryudei8 😊 I’m a little confused about tion-ee, it sounds like you connect them like tio-nee when speaking a little fast but also seems like tion-ee when you slow down. Which way is correct or both are correct just depends on the speech rate?

You would usually hear it said more like "tion-nee" which sounds like "tio-nee" when speaking fast, because the emphasis is on the sh sound (tio) and "nee"
Technically the parts of the word that have meaning are "option-ee" so if you say the word alone and slow, like to someone learning the word, you might focus on the parts of the word so it sounds like "option-ee"
But in English we end most words with a consonant+vowel sound, so we'll change the pronunciation to end in "nee"
Extra Notes: In English we use "syllables" to talk about how words are broken apart when we pronounce them. So we're talking about syllables right now.
Most English words that end with a vowel will be pronounced in syllables with a consonant+vowel sound *even if it means adding sounds or breaking up the parts of the word that have meaning*.
(((the exception is some words that end in multiple vowels like ia or io )))
umbrella (a) --> um brel la
alibi (i) --> a li bi
potato (o) --> po ta to
activate (e) --> act ti vate
portmanteau (u) --> port man teau
dictionary (y) --> dic tion nar ry
The origin of the word (like portmanteau is French) or word parts can change how things are pronounced.

A sentence example:
"the Optionee has these rights under the Plan"
"op tion nee"
it sounds more like "tio-nee" because there is more emphasis on the "n" in "nee" than on the "n" in "tion"
But the difference is very small, so either way "tio-nee" or "tion-nee" is probably fine. The important part is ending in "nee".
