I'm picky when it comes to sweets until last summer I was obssesed with sweets but now I'm terrible at sugar. If I'm craving at sweets, I should find less sugar sweets and tasty one. It's tough it is what it is though

from my perspective it seems very good. I would change "If I'm craving sweets, I should find less sugary and tasty ones" and change the order in this phrase (just so it looks more organized) "I was obsessed with sweets until last summer but now I'm terrible at sweets".

I was picky when it came to sweets until last summer. I was obssesed with sweets, but now I dislike sugar. If I'm craving sweets, I should find less sugary sweets, and find a tasty one instead. It's tough; it is what it is, though
