B is the only correct one, but people usually say "throw up" instead of "vomit". "I am about to throw up" is pretty strong though. If I were really about to throw up I would just say "I have to stop, I'm about to throw up." Maybe "I'm feeling a bit nauseous" is what you mean.

B's the best. You probably want to use a conjunction to add sentence variety and make it sound less like you're reading off of something. "I don't want to walk anymore. I'm super tired right now, and I'm about to vomit. Why don't we take a break?"
