Advice for the future:
You don't need to act super formal and use so many complex words. People will start to doubt whether or not you are telling the truth or being sarcastic/not taking it seriously.

Normally, go for simple yet effective words. Short phrases that sum up your point with understandable words that convey your emotions accurately, such as:
["Its the "we", not "I". Its the team, not task"] are great to help you convey your actual emotions.

A combination of these phrases are also good: ["I know I may not be an expert at scripting, but I won't stop trying until I'm head-on with a task I know I'm not gonna solve. And thats when I step down, and let others take the lead."]

Remember, when you are writing for your business/job, think smart, not hard. Think about what kind you kind of person you actually are, and write that. Passion is key. Truth is always better than webs of lies, so be humble, make sure whats on the paper isnt the complete opposite of what you are as a person.
