All right is the correct spelling. I know you see the other spelling, but "alright" is misspelled.
You'll be well isn't used very often. You'll be fine or fine and dandy is used most commonly.
You'll be fine. You'll be fine and dandy.
You'll be all right is also used a lot. There isn't any difference in meaning.
