Same meaning

But "I think it so, too" is very old English
Now we just say "I think so too"

Thank you so much! I was taught to use comma before “too” at junior high school. They should update the textbook.

@keko-in-kyoto That "rule" is taught in certain dialects, but you don't need to use a comma.

Both of these sentences are correct:
- I think so, too.
- I think so too.

I prefer the second one because it is faster. A comma creates a small pause for the reader, so it slows down their reading speed. There are many English dialects with different grammar rules. I recommend using a comma because that is what you were taught.

However I don't recommend using "it" in that sentence (I think it so, too) because that type of syntax was used about 500 years ago.
