simply put,
-"Vernacular" most frequently refers to the language spoken by people of a particular country. the majority communication within the world today is in the vernacular.
ex : the vernacular language is Filipino

-"Indigenous" means belonging to a species or ethnicity that's from there.
ex: 50% of the local population speaks an indigenous language. (indigenous language don't seem to be necessarily national languages.H owever, most indigenous languages are minority languages )
-people lived in a place for a long time before the others came to there
the indigenous peoples of north Korea
-plants, animals belong to a locality because they developed there
Ochna integerrima flowers are indigenous plants blooming in the spring time

and Indigenous and native mean the same thing .. I think so..
and yep..It is famous in Vietnam, especially the South ..... but I have never seen any big trees like this LMAO
Perhaps my living place's climate is not good for Ochna integerrima flowers to grow bigger

btw, in the North of my country, peach blossom is symbol of spring. We often decorate our house, school, office with peach blossom flowers in the lunar new year
it looks like cherry blossom (a little) haha
