Thanks to you I think I could understand the difference.
I’ll give you a sentence among the options you gave me.

There is the sentence “you’ve grown since the last time I saw you.”.
It means that I have seen you in the past many times, since the last time you saw, you have been growing.so there are a lot of the same experiences, and when you want listeners to be focused on the last time in them you put the last time after since , don’t you?
