No because "good" is wrong in English grammar (it's American). "I've been" "you have already left"

Sorry, should be "I'm really well thanks" good is an adjective, well is an adverb which is why good is wrong.

People are heavily influenced by American media, if you are learning the language it's better to learn the correct language. Americans have different grammar and so the word has a different meaning in American.
