O que significa How to say
1. I'm going to enjoy the autumn foliage at the weekend.
2. The leaves turned yellow and red these days.
I suppose these sound quite unnatural because I just translated myself and I want to know expression that you use in your daily life. ?

"I'm going to go see the autumn leaves this weekend." or "autumn scenery" sounds more natural. I think in the UK (and America) there isn't really a culture of going to see the autumn leaves so it's a little hard to say what sounds natural. "Around this time of year, the leaves turn yellow and red" or "the leaves are beginning to turn yellow and red" is probably what I would say.

1. I'm going to enjoy the autumn colour this weekend. (I might say 'foliage' but only because I studied botany at one time. Lots of people wouldn't) And while there may not be a culture of so doing, for this person it is a yearly ritual to get out and photograph the trees turning.
2. At the moment the leaves are turning yellow and red.
("As the chlorophyll breaks down, the leaf loses its green colour and other pigments can be seen. Carotenoids are yellow and orange and are already present. Anthocyanins, which give the leaf a red colour, are newly made. Carotenoids are needed to keep the cells going during the re-absorption stage so most trees that change colour have yellow leaves in autumn but 14% have red leaves.") https://www.treeguideuk.co.uk/autumn-leaf-colours/
