Thank you!
"Shop for" seems to have a connotation of "go to the shop and get something there", not simply buy something. Is my understanding correct?

@nomadatlatl It means you are looking around for something/ things to buy. You donât necessarily know exactly what it is you want to buy, so you need to look for it first. Once you find it, then youâll buy it.
Am I making sense?đ€

Oh I see! Thank you for your explanation. I think I've got the nuance.
Could I ask you two more questions?
First question;
âA: Jack's getting married to Jill.
B: It couldn't be. Look. There's Jack and Jane.
A: My, are they acting lovey-
dovey!
B: See? Oh-oh, here comes Jill.
A: I have a bad feeling.
Can I say "I have bad feeling" instead of "I have a bad feeling"? In this context "a"(article) is indispensable?
I have a bad feeling about that, I have mixed feelings about her... well, in this context "feeling" is countable noun?
Second question;
âA: What is the emergency, sir?
B: There's a fight going on in the street.
A: How many people are involved?
"In the street" is the part I'm not sure about. Is there any difference in nuance if I change this part to "on the street"?

@nomadatlatl For the first question, feelings is countable and it requires an article if itâs singular.
âIn the streetâ indicates you are in in the middle of the boundary of the street, standing where you might get hit by a car. âInâ means surrounded by. Imagine the sidewalk or buildings as imaginary borders.
âOn the streetâ refers to the edge along the roadway, or a building that faces âontoâ the street.
My house is on Main Street means my house faces onto Main Street.
My car is parked on the street means on the edge of the street. My car is parked in the street means the middle of the street.
