"My own" is talking about your possession of something. Almost all the time, it requires a direct object after it.
"Myself" is talking about your being when it's the object of a verb.

@Grace_Gao_2021 Looks like you edited the question?
"By myself" and "on my own" mean the same thing. Both are in the 1st person and mean someone is alone or did something unaided.
"By oneself" and "on one's own" also mean the same thing, but are in the 3rd person (talking about someone else).

Thanks for your reply.
Could you please record "pain" and " paying" slowly to me? I have difficult in making "-in" sound and "-ing" sound correctly, they sound the same to me. Can you tell me the difference and how to make "-in" / "-ing" ? Tks!

Each of those is at a normal and exaggerated speed. The difference between (these are IPA symbols) /ɪn/ and /ɪŋ/ is very small. You can probably get away with using either in most words that end with these sounds. The difference is very noticeable in words where these sounds are in the middle of the word.
The last words are showing how each sound affects the words "Bengal" and "English," first using /ɪŋ/ properly then /ɪn/ which is incorrect. In both of the /ɪn/ pronunciations you might be able to hear slight "chirp" as I go between the 'n' and 'g' individually. /ɪŋ/ basically removes the "chirp."
/ɪn/ is closest to putting the tip of your tongue at the front of your alveolar ridge behind your teeth.
/ɪŋ/ is closest to raising the back of your tongue against the soft palate but not blocking your nasal passage. It's almost like saying the 'n' and 'g' sounds at the same time.
