The first sentence uses with " will" and the second one uses " Would", I wonder if the meaning is different here?

WILL in this case give you a feeling of expectation. something is likely to happen in the future.. just wait and eventually will happen.
WOULD has the feeling something may or may not happen in the future. like a wish. if happen great but if it doesn't still ok.
