she doesn't like to wear bonnets with anything or she doesn't like outfits that include bonnets
(bonnets is a type of hat)
oh sorry, I think in the context of the video she means she doesn't like movies where the people are wearing bonnets
so maybe she means she doesn't like movies with an older/historical setting
