Okay so I think we say
To have a cardiac arrest
'He had a cardiac arrest and died'
'The thought of having a cardiac arrest scares me'
To go into cardiac arrest
'My patient went into cardiac arrest in the early hours of the morning and unfortunately died'
The same with anaphylactic shock
To go into anaphylactic shock
To have an anaphylactic shock
