Yea they are both natural sounding if I had to choose between the two I would say B: "I have to pack up everything in my house by tomorrow. I'm moving the day after tomorrow." Because that is similar to what I would say. If I could edit it I would say “I have to pack up everything in the house, tomorrow is my last day and I’m moving in two days.”
