Qual é a diferença entre After a while e After some time ?Podes indicar apenas respostas exemplo.

What's the difference between '' After a while'' and '' after some time''? Can I use '' after some time'' to refer to a short unspecified period of time ( like after few minutes or after about an hour)

there is no difference

after a while, I ate cake
After some time, I drank water

Thank you so much for your response! I've googled the phrase '' after some time'' and it's mostly said that it usually means'' after a long period of time'' so that's why I asked this question in the first place.
