haha yes you are correct on both. ‘Snort a line of~’ implies drugs like cocaine, etc. bc that’s how the drugs are consumed, and tzatziki is just a greek yogurt sauce, so the joke is that they are using a drug term to talk about eating tzatziki because tzatziki tastes really good. This is a common joke in English, like comparing anything that is good to doing drugs (‘These cookies are like crack’ <- a funny compliment)
