Is this natural?
It’s a little long but I really want to tell my foreign friends so please correct it!
Thank you so much!!😆

I have always been interested in the terrible teacher’s working environment, especially elementary school’s teacher’s in Japan.
There are several significant problems, and I want to share them.

First, they work overtime too much. This problem is caused by three issues.Lack of teacher, more requests to school, and compulsory work that does not require a teacher's license.
It is true that the number of supporters is increasing, but there are still not enough number of teachers who have the ability to take charge of one class.
As the times change, the demands for schools is increasing, for example, dealing student’s trouble which is caused after school, looking for lost students, watching while students go to and leave school, and so on.
And they force to do work that even unlicensed people can do.
It's common among teachers to get cystitis because they're too busy to go to the bathroom.

Second, teachers can’t get paid for overtime appropriately. This is because a low that is called kyûtokuhô, and they can take out only 4% of their salary even if they work for hours. The basis for 4% is a data on how much overtime worked in 1966. At that time, it was 1 hour and 48 minutes per week. It's over 18 hours now. That doesn’t match the fact.

There are many other problems, such as unreasonable requests from parents, the gap of the amount of work even though salary does not change, poor quality of management, and disregarding teachers' human rights.

With this reality becoming more visible, fewer and fewer people want to become teachers. And the quality of teachers deteriorates, and children who witness it fall into a vicious circle where they are no longer aiming for teachers.

In order to stop this cycle, the treatment of teachers must be improved. And it is important for children to feel that teacher are an attractive profession. Then more talented people will want to be teachers, and the destination of education will be safe.
