Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)
I know I can say: improving my health, damaging my health.
Are there other alternatives for that?
For instance, losing my health, or is it wrong?

Something else I noticed is we don’t usually say damaging our health. Another good example is putting your life/health at risk

@walter_cross thank you so much! I said that because there was a phrase in the dictionary:
Increases in the volume of work are damaging the health of some of our top executives.
