I've got a feeling that the 3rd one sounds a bit different, sounds like kind of criticizing the person for being judgmental, while 1st and 2nd ones are often used to encourage the person. Am I correct?

You never know, you (would) never know, you (will) never know:
There is a big difference, as the context to the use of either of them is different.
You never know - You would use this in situations where both parties don’t know or understand why something happens.
You (would) never know - You would use this in situations where you say to the other party that they would never know.
You (will) never know - You would use this in situations where you feel as if you know something the other party doesn’t or will have to find out, although it can be used in the first context aswell.
I hope I answered right, any other english speakers can correct me ^-^
