Considering the reason of permitting Kumbh Mela Festival as the cause of Covid surge in India

Kumbh Mela Festival or known as Kendi Festival is one of the causes of increasing covid cases lately in India. The prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), who have authorities, giving the permission to Hindus to conduct one of the holiest ritual in Hindu.

As reported on The Associated Press, on Tuesday (2/5/2021),Modi and BJP Party gave the permission to keep celebrating the festival because they did not want to make Hindus angry, that is the biggest supporter of the party.
The same thing also stated by Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Tirath Singh Rawat. Faith in God will overcome the fear of virus” he said.

Knowing that thing, a number of local medical experts have appealed for cancelling the festival. They worried the visitors can be infected by the virus and bring it back to the city and their village later on.
