Actually Kyoto has many to see places is not grammatically correct at all.

@Oliver_Godin-Blier It was "Many place to see", I thought I made a mistake, so I edited it ..... But getting advice from foreigners is very educational!

@Yuuki2016 I see. I would still use “there are many places to see in Kyoto”, more commonly than “Kyoto has many places to see”. To me at least that sounds more grammatically correct. Though it might depend more on the person who is speaking or to whom you are speaking to.
Also I agree, getting advice from foreigners is very educational.

I agree with the person above. To make it sound natural and grammatically correct, you can say: "There are many places to see in Kyoto".
