Is this passage grammatically correct?.
My goal is to be an English teacher who develops as a person by learning from their students.
According to the official curriculum guidelines, teachers are supposed to improve their students' capability of dealing with unfamiliar problems as forecasting the future is getting more and more difficult. To foster such abilities, teachers need to "update" their knowledge, ways of viewing things and thinking, and so on.

Perfect! I would just add a comma after the word “problems”
Also, I think “ways of viewing things and thinking” would sound a little bit better if you said it like this: “ways of viewing and thinking about things”
