this is unclear to me without more context.
one might "go on a trip for her birthday" or "go to a club" or "go to dinner" but the sentence you've provided lacks a direct object for the prepositional phrase "go on" so I'm not so sure what the meaning of the sentence is.

@MonitorHK yes! this forms the present progressive:
I'm going to the movies
I'm going to meet him at the library.
both of these mean I'm currently moving towards or about to start this activity in the very near future.

@ahamilton92 Thanks a lot! Can I say “we go on a birthday party for her” to mean“we start to prepare a birthday party for her”
- Inglês (EUA)
@MonitorHK not quite. you'll want to say "we're hosting a party for her" or we're preparing a party for her.
more often you'll hear "we're throwing a party for her birthday"

@ahamilton92 you’ve been a great help. And my last question is: can I use “he is of decision” to mean “he decides very quickly”?
- Inglês (EUA)
great question. you need an adjective here, so we use decisive.

Which is more common in spoken English for people saying “he is three year old” and “he is of 3”?
- Inglês (EUA)
@MonitorHK we say the following regarding age:
He is three years old.
He is three.
He is almost four (will have another birthday soon).
He has just turned three (recently had a birthday).
We always use "years" plural, except for with infants under 2 years. sometimes you'll even hear someone say "he's one years old" but this is technically incorrect as one is a single year.

@MonitorHK this sentence uses 'see' for the literal action of observing with the eyes.
here, hard means it's an emotional challenge.
other examples of sentences which use hard in this way:
He has struggled since the loss of his wife. It has been hard on the whole family.
It's hard to say exactly what I mean.
living your dream: this could refer to a variety of things. maybe the speaker's dream is a specific job, owning a business, falling in love... the meaning of this sentence is
it's emotionally Painful and difficult to bear seeing others living happily with the thing I want while I still do not have what I want.

😭 I didn’t know the meaning of the sentence before because: I didn’t know “hard” can be used this way. We Chinese people always use “hard” to express “sth difficult to break is hard” “a hard life or time” “work hard” and we knew “it’s hard to do this thing” means “to do it is difficult” , so when it comes to “it’s hard to see” , we just knew it means “to see something is not easy (it’s hard to see a germ, because it is so tiny)”… now I’ve got in American English “hard” can be used to express our feelings “hard to bear or endure”, like some foreigners said to me “it’s hard to see your love loving someone else more” equals “it hurts to see your love loving someone else more”, meaning “It’s difficult to endure seeing my love loving someone else more” … so, CHINESE THINKING blocked my way again.
😭 I didn’t know LIVE has the meaning of EXPERIENCE. “live your dream” means “experience what you desire”, now it’s clear.
The whole sentence means: it‘s difficult to bear seeing other people doing something that you are extremely dying for. (just a Meme of joke)

I’m making this video diary to help you survive our special family. What does “survive” here mean?
- Inglês (EUA)
Survive does not literally mean 'stay alive' here but more like relates to feeling calm or comfortable emotionally.
the exact meaning will depend on the speaker and what they mean by "special family". in the US, there's a conception of all families having some abnormal qualities, particular people in the family who might struggle with illness which affects others' quality of life or perhaps alcoholism or undesirable behaviors that make people uncomfortable.
so because of this, many people will inform outsiders of peculiarities to be prepared for. maybe, for example, my dad doesn't like to talk about politics so if I bring my friends over for dinner I might warn them not to bring up politics in conversation so as to make the evening a smooth and easy experience.
that is the speaker's intention in making a video diary: to introduce someone new to their family so that they will understand them better

There’s a TV series called lucky Good Lucky Charlie. In its Episode 1 of Season 1, A girl is holding a DV at a baby, saying: ‘Hi, Charlie, there you are! Nine months old and look how cute you are!’
What does the ‘there you are’ mean?
What does the ‘there you are’ mean?
- Inglês (EUA)
@MonitorHK I'm not totally sure, but if we're looking for someone and finally find them we would say "there you are!"
it could be that if they are looking at old pictures and they see Charlie as only a 9 month old baby they might say "there you are!" to draw attention to the photo and start a conversation about how cute she was as a baby
