A is correct, B is not. you wrote "about" twice in a row but B would be incorrect even if you had only written it once.

@rapture18 I actually want to backtrack; I just realized that the "about about" was intentional and it in fact is correct. I thought you accidentally typed it twice at first. Your new sentence is correct also. Either way A) is definitely the most natural of the the 3.

@rapture18 Yes, I think sentence B is correct, although it is a little unusual. I thought it was an error at first because I am not used to the word "about" appearing twice in a row. But it is proper English.
