To mind something is to not like an action that is going to take place.
A: "Do you mind if I take this seat?"
B: "Nope, I don't mind!"
And then the person can take the seat, because person B said they didn't mind (=they are okay with it).
"Did you mind?" Is past tense, so they're asking if you were okay with it. You say "I didn't mind" if you were okay with it, and if you weren't okay with it you say "I minded!"
"Did you like this?" is simple (이것은 좋아했어?)
