Pergunta sobre Inglês (EUA)
My friend texted me,
"My husband is sick today so I'm tending to him''
I wonder if there is a difference between
"I'm taking care of him"
"I'm tending to him''
Is it a commonly used word in the US?

"tending to him" is not common here in my opinion. "taking care of him" would be more commonly used, and sounds more normal to me.
