First of all, it's 놀라운, not 놀라온.
It's an adjective that means "surprising".
-네 in the end is used when somebody is talking to him/herself about a new finding, and it normally includes a feeling of a shock or awe.
In this example, this person heard a new surprising story, and therefore said
"정말 놀라운 이야기네"

놀라운 - its adjective
Came from the verb 놀라다 (surprised)
네 is a way to end a sentence.
Just like how you would say:
놀라운 이야기'다"
놀라운 이야기'야'
you could use
놀라운 이야기'네'
Its not formal so you would use it to your friends :)
formal: 놀라운 이야기 입니다.

@SsJacob Thanks for the explanation
But then adjectives in Korean are also verbs, and I found out the word '' 놀랍다 ", it made me a little confused 😅

@meriemelannabi I don't think it's right to say Korean adjectives are also verbs. I think it's more fitting to say that the form changes depending on where you put the adjective.
If you say "Something is [adjective]", then 놀랍다 is the appropriate form.
이 이야기는 놀랍다
This story is surprising.
However if you want to say [adjective]+[noun], then the adjective form becomes 놀라운.
놀라운 이야기를 들었다.
I heard a surprising story.
