There should be a comma after volunteer.
I'd like to work as a volunteer, helping victims of natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes.
The part after the comma is not a complete sentence in itself and it repeats the sentence that is before it. Helping here emphasises the important aspect of volunteering. A complete version would be: I'd like to work as a volunteer who is helping victims of natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes. Anyway, [to help] is also correct. So you can say: I'd like to work as a volunteer to help victims. In this case its a reason for the volunteering. You're volunteering to help.
[for helping] is incorrect grammar. It doesn't sound natural.

@egoist_E You can also say “to help” but I think it makes more sense to say “helping” because it describes the role as the volunteer that you would like to do. I hope that makes sense 😊
