Yes, they are both natural expressions. To my ear, "from a bow" sounds slightly more old-fashioned. The only difference is that "with a bow" is emphasising that the bow is the implement (tool) used to fire the arrow, while "from a bow" is emphasising the origin of the arrow (fired from the bow at the target). So we could say:
"He was killed by an arrow fired from an enemy's bow."
but not:
"He was killed by an arrow fired with an enemy's bow."

@Ltfs Yes, both are correct. But if you were to use one, “With a bow” sounds a bit more natural.
