There isn't any difference. They mean the same thing. A lot of Anglophones hate seeing the same words used over and over again within the same text. Because of this, phrases such as, "I will do my beat." will have four or five different ways of saying the same thing. It keeps those readers pacified.

I will do my best --> More affirmative. The speaker will really put in effort. (;`O´)o 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I will try my best --> The speaker is unsure about the results. But they will try their hardest. (○`ε´○) 😅😅😅
