To have a grudge has a non-judgmental assessment and spirit. It exists.
To hold a grudge has a judgmental sense but it requires more context to express whether the judgment is accepting or critical. Holding something requires more effort than merely having it.
To bear a grudge has a bit of a negative judgment. It is like a heavy weight bearing down on the person. Often bearing something of heavy weight is not a choice or easily removed. It can have a sense of an emotion imposed on the person rather than chosen.

To hold a grudge is to have feelings of resentment for another person, whereas "to bear a grudge" is to feel bad about holding a grudge.
