@machupichu_ Those are creepypasta stories that are something like urban horror stories created by Web users. Jeff the killer is the original name of the story and main character of one of those creepypastas, in the story he was a teenager who became a killer after some events that happened in his life. His face was accidentally set on fire while he was in a party because of some bullies that were hunting him, at the end he killed them too, when he returned from the hospital he went to the bathroom and cut his mouth into a joker smile. After that he killed his parents and brother, he continued killing people randomly and saying his iconic line before that 'go to sleep'. (you can search for the online story). While Jane the killer was her female kind of nemesis, in this case Jane met Jeff before he turned into a serial killer and she kinda liked him. After everything that happened and he became a serial killer he went to Jane's house and killed her parents and set her face on fire so, she hates Jeff and tries to hunt him around to take revenge for everything he did to her and her parents (you can also search for the full story online). Nowdays both terms are specifically used to talk about those creepypastas that were very famous in the Web around 2010-2015, there's also movies about this creepypastas that you can search online. I hope this helped you to understand this concepts :D
