Not much.
"Lately" and "recently" are pretty interchangeable and are often used to describe patterns of the recent past until now like: "I haven't seen her much lately" or "I've recently started learning the piano"
"these days" and "nowadays" are pretty much the same and typically compare the present to the past. Something that happens now that didn't before "I don't get much sleep these days" "nowadays I spend most of my time at the park"
