In this sentence, i think ‘the disadvantage that’ is unnatural. I think ‘the disadvantage of someone or the disadvantage for someone’ is natural... So can u tell me which one is natural and why ‘the disadvantage that’ is unnatural?

Personally, I think a more natural sentence would be “The disadvantage is that someone who is addicted to their smartphone can’t live a productive day.”

I would say "the disadvantage of someone who is addicted to their smartphone is that they can't live a productive day." sounds better.
When you say "the disadvantage is that someone who is [...]", then youre talking about the disadvantage in itself, when you say "the disadvantage of someone who is [...]" is that you're focusing on the person's issue/disadvantage.
Saying "the disadvantage that someone who is [...]" would be wrong because this sentence is trying to focus on an issue that inflicts a person, when saying "that" you're not focusing on the person experiencing the issue.
