The disadvantage that someone who is addicted to smartphone is that he can’t live a productive day.

In this sentence, i think ‘the disadvantage that’ is unnatural. I think ‘the disadvantage of someone or the disadvantage for someone’ is natural... So can u tell me which one is natural and why ‘the disadvantage that’ is unnatural?
