I am sort of confused by the question, but I am assuming that you are referring to "In the event of discovery of the fraud is $500", and you are trying to make it sound natural, correct? I would say, "There is a $500 fine in the event that any individual is found guilty of fraud". I hope this helps!

@MarkieAnn as far as I understood, she asking about the warning in casino about cheating. Something like: in case of fraud (detection), fine 500$.

What is fraudulent? Is it for bad checks or for cheating while gambling?

@Akihiko1 Excuse my English but maybe "there is" doesn't correspond formal style of warning. I think that "In the event that any individual is found guilty of fraud the fine is $500" will do. Or something like this. Do you agree?
