@takahashichizuko (a) is grammatically correct but “my car needs a wash” would make it sound a little more natural in English

(a) My car needs washing. = correct
(b) My car needs being washed. = no
My car needs to be washed = correct
My car needs washing = a sentence in active voice
(c) Sushi is dipped in soy sauce before being eaten. = a sentence in lassive voice
