You're correct.
Some native english speakers will use incorrect grammar when speaking informally. I think they know it's wrong, but that's just the way they speak, it's their "style" if you will.
It might be more common in AAVE, African American Vernacular English.

It's dialectical. It's considered grammatically incorrect in standard English.

You're correct.
