Not really, no.
Just leave it usually means to literally leave something.
Example: "Should I pick it up?"
"No, just leave it."
Nevermind means to forget it, or that the speaker no longer wants to share what they were going to say or what they said.
"What did you say?"
"Nevermind."
"Hey, did you know that -"
"Did I know what?"
"Ah, nevermind."

You can use just leave it as a way of saying nevermind, but nevermind just sounds more natural. : )

You can also use “just leave it” the same way as “never mind,” but it sounds a lot more aggressive, like you really don’t want to talk about it.
