はじめまして がただしいです。
はじめまして is a greeting to someone you've never met before.
よろしく has various meanings.

both expression have same meanings.
よろしく(おねがいします)
It's a word unique to the Japanese language, and it doesn't fit perfectly in English.
it means "thank you" "thank you in advance"" nice meeting you" " have a nice day" etc...
when you are starting business with someone, it means "I’m excited to work with you."
