@unicornio8 I edited the 2nd sentence slightly! Would that change your reply or would it be the same anyway?

「毎日、日本語を何時間勉強しますか」=「毎日、何時間日本語を勉強しますか」=「日本語を何時間毎日勉強しますか」=「日本語を毎日何時間勉強しますか」=「何時間、日本語を毎日勉強しますか」=「何時間、毎日日本語を勉強しますか」=「How many hours do you spend studying Japanese every day?」
Sometimes in Japanese, even if you swap the word order, the meaning may be the same.
In this sentence, 「毎日」,「日本語を」 and 「何時間」 are interchangeable words.

「 毎日時間日本語を勉強しますか」は文章として成立していないですが、「毎日何時間日本語を勉強しますか?」ということができます。typo?
Then, the difference between「毎日日本語を何時間勉強しますか?」and「毎日何時間日本語を勉強しますか?」is, the focus on subject and what is known and unknown before this sentence. We tend to say firstly the words we want to know, and then build the sentence with information we already know. In Japanese also, you can omit saying what you know.
If we know you study everyday, but don't know specific time of each:
A:「最近は毎日、数学mathmaticsを30分勉強しているよ。」
B:「それじゃあ、日本語は何時間勉強しますか?」
A:「日本語は2時間程度だよ。」
But when we are talking about Japanese:
A:「いつも日本語のことばかり考えているよ」
B:「それじゃあ、毎日何時間日本語を勉強しますか?」 or 「毎日何時間勉強しますか?」
A: 「家にいるときはいつもだよ。だいたい10時間ぐらいだね。」
