Sorry, I wish I could give you a good answer, but the popular name for these things seems to change every 5 to 10 years, and it's been a little while since I used one 😁
I think you can't go wrong if you call it a stroller – that seems to be quite common.
100 years ago it was called a baby carriage. Then pram was popular. Now... i'm not sure

@akisocute stroller is the most popular in the United States. Pram is used in England. I was born in England and live in the Inited States, but I have never heard baby buggy.
