Alao, let me know if you use "obeyance" as the synonym of obedience as well.

“Obedience” is when you do what is asked of you. If you are given a command and you do as you’re told you are being obedient.
“Deference” is when you yield authority to someone who is recognized as superior to you. A sergeant can lead a group of soldiers, but if his superior shows up then he would allow the superior officer to take command over the entire group. This is him showing deference to his superior.

Thank you for your answer.
By the way, what about loyal and faithful?
I think you can say "He's loyal to his parents." and "He's faithful(loyal) to his boss."
Is "obedient" completely the same as them and interchangable?

Yes. You can say "He's loyal to his parents" and "He's faithful to his boss."
"faithful" is more commonly used for romantic relationships, but can also be used for work relationships.
"loyal" can be used for all types of relationships: romantic, co-workers, friends, and the businesses that you make your purchases from.

"Obedient" is not quite the same as "faithful" or "loyal".
For instance, a wife can ignore everything her husband requests of her, but she can still remain loyal/faithful to him. She would not be considered "obedient" but still would be considered loyal.
Also, a husband can do everything his wife tells him to do at home, but also secretly cheat outside the marriage. He could be considered "obedient" to his wife, but secretly disloyal/unfaithful.
