Qual é a diferença entre 母 and おかあさん e What is the diffrence between these two and when should I use one and other please and thanks oh and its about japanese not english i dont know how to change it but yeah. ?Podes indicar apenas respostas exemplo.

you can change by tapping on "Japanese" on the top of the screen, anyways 母 is used when talking about (or to) your own mother and お母さん is used when talking about someone else's mother (impolite vs polite)
