Must to and have to are used when you don’t really have an option to do something or not. Eg ‘you must/have to get a job if u want to earn money’. Should and supposed to could mean there’s more of an option eg ‘ you should/are supposed to get there in time’ (it is very likely you will but there is a possibility that you wont). It’s hard to explain but I hope this helps a bit 🙂
