have to (you're being "forced", if yoy don't do the thing there will be consequences)

Should (it will be good for you if you do, you kind of like have to do)

Must ( the same As I have to, but more formal)

(it's necessary to study, there's is no situation making you do the think, )

(if you don't study you'll flunk )

(you're considering being calm because it will be good for you, there will be some benefit)
